Do they eat your menus hot or cold?
Our menus are designed to be eaten cold. But if you like, you can also warm up your food.
When do you deliver?
 How long do the menus last?

Delivery times are between 11:00 and 12:15. The menus can be kept for 2 days in the refrigerator. Since we use biodegradable packaging, depending on the ingredient, this packaging may soften slightly.
How does the Shape-it work?

With the Shape-it subscription we cover practically your whole week with food. Tuesday through Friday we will provide you with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Per day you will receive between 1800-2000 kcal. The number of kcal is deliberately kept so low, as this corresponds to an average. If you need more kcal, we will give you tips for snacking or eating, just ask us:) Our coach Chris is there for you. Delivery times: Monday and Wednesday evening from 18 o'clock directly to your home. If you do not live in the delivery area, you can pick it up between 16-18 o'clock at our #healthyplace.
Where does your meat come from?
See the food declaration. Meat comes exclusively from Switzerland Fish from the North Sea etc. See supplier certificates.
Do you also do catering? 

Yes. You can send us any request. Under the site catering you will find our contact form.
Is there a student discount?

When are the order and delivery times ?
For some menus you can order daily until 10:45 am. With the Shape-it subscription, the customer must order online by Thursday at 9 p.m. so that we can order all ingredients for the following week.
Do you have gluten-free menus?
Now and then. Unfortunately not yet continuously. We always try to create menus where we can cook without gluten-containing ingredients. All menus contain an indication under *Allergies whether it has gluten.
Do you have vegi or vegan menus?
Yes. From both we have at least 1 menu a week. The "Shape-it" is also available in a vegan version.
Can I also order on account?
Yes, you need an account with massgekocht. You can create it online at any time. When checking out, the system only displays the option on invoice if a profile is recognized.
Do you only deliver to the specified collection stations?

No. You can enter your own delivery address within our delivery route* and we will bring the food to where you are. Zurich City, Altstetten, Schlieren, Oerlikon, Wallisellen, Kloten, Dübendorf, Dietlikon
